Great culture, everyone is very open and accepting. BigCommerce genuinely cares about their employees. Great benefits, and pay is competitive for the field. There is also a lot of potential to grow, they like to hire internally.
Cons
There is a bit of a high turnover rate in Technical Support as BC is strict on attendance in the call center.
