As typical to any industry, incontrollable shady management who don't treat guests well, and often retaliate against them and staff who disagree with underhanded behavior. The culture was subject to the mood of the property manager at the property I worked at. There seemed to be messaging from the Corporate offices that encouraged honest, open and good faith treatment of others, Staff and residents. Many residents were mistreated due to the judgement of the manager.
