Pros

i started at Bill Gosling when I was 19. I was given the chance to grow within the company. I traveled down to South Carolina to learn a new portfolio and bring it back to Newmarket to train other agents. I was promoted to Team Leader before I left the company and it was a wonderful experience.I learned tools there that i now use in my career and everyday life. I have no negative things to say about the company and even though I'm a ginger they always gave me a fair shot!

Cons

Only Con is they do not really offer long term career growth plans. I was lucky enough to move up within the company but they dont lay out goals for potential agents and often moving up in the company takes too long. If they can improve that I wouldn't have anything else to complain about

Only benefit of working for this "company" is Working from home. If they ever change that in the US, they will FOLD.

NONE, pay is horrible, no incentives, no bonuses, no raises unless you beg and that takes almost another year ... if they decide to give you one, management is horrible ... especially the Director and his protege "the managing coach", they focus more on you coming to the office 1 day of the week than you being comfortable when you're there, it's over crowded& people are coughing and sneezing all day with no masks, always as soon as you get to the office& having to wait for assistance til managers put in a ticket for their daily computer issues when 2 IT guys are sitting right there laughing about whatever they are viewing on their mobile phones is a huge pain when they can just walk over to assist, the turnover rate for incoming and outgoing employees is astronomical, everyone agrees this job is a placeholder till better comes along, this location is the one in the USA and it's horrible,
