Pros

Technical teams have a very supportive culture of learning that turns fresh grads into powerful ICs. - People are often recognized for their hard work and dedication. - Very strong momentum in the market, company is doing fantastic. Not worried about job security, even with other nearby companies laying people off left and right. - Senior leadership deeply cares about the culture, and is actively trying to keep the pros mentioned above alive as the company grows. Hiring is extremely selective to make sure this culture stays.
Cons
- Not much to say. Work life balance is sometimes hectic. Some teams do not have much redundancy. But thats the price we pay for the pros above. Not a trade off that everyone is willing to take. - Junior employees that step up to the challenge could get compensated a little better.
