As with any company, not everything is perfect. We have had difficulties articulating a vision for the product and in publishing a product roadmap. However, we have made changes and are now turning this around.
We sometimes move too quickly and change priorities mid-stream. However, management has acknowledged this and is turning that around as well.
Technical debt is a problem. In the early days you worry about doing what it takes to make the sale and you don't worry too much about how you do it. Eventually, the chickens come home to roost and you have to pay the price. To its credit, the company knows this and is working actively and diligently to balance product needs with the technical needs.
