Currently, we have Career Central, our portal to help navigate your career, a mentorship program, annual Leadership Summit, LinkedIn learning, sales training and customer education courses to help employees get the resources they need to advance their skills and career. Additionally, we have a semi-annual compensation review cycle to ensure that we are offering market competitive and internally equitable pay across all positions and diverse populations.
To further evolve our training programs, we are planning a rigorous growth and development calendar which includes an enhanced onboarding experience, career planning resources, keynote speakers throughout the year, and two new training programs that are in development. I hope that you participate.
