Pros

Bilt is relentless in the pursuit of excellence. Whether it's meeting tight deadlines, exceeding client expectations, or tackling complex challenges, the team here consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. We foster a strong work ethic. Colleagues are supportive and collaborative, recognizing the importance of teamwork in achieving our goals. There's a shared sense of purpose and a collective drive to succeed, which makes every project feel like a true collaboration.

Cons

Like any organization, we also have challenges and areas for improvement. Work-Life Balance: The emphasis on hard work and dedication can sometimes lead to a blurred boundary between work and personal life. Employees may find themselves working long hours or feeling pressured to constantly be available, which can impact their overall well-being. It's the responsibility of employees to set boundaries and off times. Lack of Remote Work: Bilt has an in person culture and while I love coming to the office, there is limited flexibility in terms of work schedules or remote work options. This lack of flexibility could pose challenges for employees who require more adaptable work arrangements to balance personal commitments or preferences.

Pros

You can learn a lot, that's it.

Cons

- Where do I even begin. - Terrible leadership, absolutely no one has your back here. - All the company cares about is squeezing out profit, people are nothing more than numbers. - The CEO lacks the basic leadership skills needed to run a company. - Managers dump their stress on employees. - You'd think leadership was making millions from the way it acts, which only highlights how little it actually makes. - There is no empathy or humanity anywhere. - There is no support for exhausted personnel, no work life balance, and no trust. - There is little to no room for promotion or growth, and the salary is so low it feels insulting. - When you complain about being forced to work on your days off, you're treated like you're incompetent and unreliable. - The mistreatment is so relentless, you start questioning your abilities and self worth. - If you care about your career, stay as far away from this place as possible.
