Pros
Very good perks to being an employee, from access to the grounds to discounts at other businesses that are associated with the company.
Cons
There is a tendency for cliques to form in departments throughout the company. This wouldn't normally be unusual, but upper management and HR either doesn't notice or doesn't care about the negative effects that these cliques can cause.
