Pros
Friendly, teamwork-oriented, growing family business. A company as inviting as it is productive. Very receptive to ideas and thankful for each person's contributions. Very accessible leadership, I don't know many companies where nearly every employee meets the CEO on their first day of training.
Cons
not a company to work for if you are resistant to self development or prefer to put your life on autopilot.
