great front line team, Desire for high goals and perfection, Owned by folks that live where they work. guests with real money (not pretending to have money and complaining about little things to get things for free) are very well behaved. Wedding season is easy on the eyes all around. great surroundings. Usually communication is fair and balanced for the front line employees
Cons
Inn's Leadership team is getting too big for thier britches. GM likes to hire to a specific 'look' for all front line positions. Expectations of middle managers is in contrast to what they preach to thier front line staff. upper level managers are motivated by bonus plan that rewards low turnover so they cheat the turnover game.
