Pros

you make so many friends, everyone I worked with was very nice. The management are very friendly, supportive, and easy to talk with. Some of the employees have been there for years and years. The employee appreciation events are very nice, makes you feel like they genuinely care and put forth effort to show it.

Cons

During the busy season, November-January, you can start to feel like a machine on repeat because there are so many visitors and it gets very crowded and overwhelming. The breaks are not very long, 30 min sometimes only 15 if your shift is short, and you have to stand on the concrete all day. If your feet are not used to it, it can hurt A LOT. I suggest investing in some good shoes with LOTS of support. The pay is not very good at all, I think the fact that there are a lot of bored retired folks here who will take any pay does not help that factor. For all you are expected to do for the visitors, they should pay more.
