Pros
If you love guest services, its wonderful. I love all the people I meet everyday and getting to help them enjoy themselves. Very busy and lots to do.
Cons
Things change without thought to how the changes will effect the job, the guest or how we get to interact with them. Anything that goes wrong gets a knee jerk reaction.
