Pros

Your direct managers pretend to care about you and are nice enough.

Cons

Biltmore puts a lot of effort into seeming like a good company. Even prior to Hurricane Helene when I know for a fact the company was doing very well, wages are at the absolute bottom of the market and no matter how hard you fight they will not improve. Managers who fight for their staff are punished and pushed out. Raises are banned company wide and there is no cost of living adjustment. If you work for Biltmore YOU WILL EARN LESS YEAR ON YEAR this is company policy and exceptions are not made. Following Hurricane Helene THANK GOD I WAS HOURLY as all salaried employees are working 60+ hour weeks. As an hourly employee they furloughed me with very little communication until eliminating my position. Now I find out they "don't do reference letters". Do not work for Biltmore. You mean nothing to them and they will fight tooth and nail to give you as little as possible.
