Pros
Family owned - family owned business and they really do care about their employees. Great co-workers - I love the team I work with. Everyone really supports each other
Cons
It's hard to get vertical upward promotions up the ladder - instead they focus on professional growth and development which is still great but doesn't help with title changes, salary increases as much as promotions do.
