Beautiful, rich history, people tend to work hard, easy enough, lot of very passionate people about the history of the House, Land, and Family.
Cons
Prone to cliques, lot of internal sluggishness, an air of not being very corporate while still being very corporate when it comes down to it. Managers are always struggling to keep up with needs and demands, makes everyone beneath them feel like they are in a constant crisis.
