Pros
I enjoyed the opportunity to work on the Biltmore Estate. The culture of my work crew was fun and I felt like the company valued me.
Cons
Shifts weren't time bound so when we finished we would go home which was nice but would mean some days had inconsistent hours. It usually averaged out to about a normal amount though.
