Pros
I would say that there is decent pay for the position, but you have to be sure to negotiate or you'll get burned.
Cons
Management needs to actually...manage. And train employees in an effective way that doesn't lead to lots of confusion and mistakes down the line. I also think that the work expected of a customer care representative was kind of insane for one person, and we were always falling behind.
