      Pros

      Bio-Techne is one of the few STEM companies in Minnesota that leads with respect. I have been through the wringer of "contract-for-hire" roles many times before Bio-Techne that I didn't realize being treated decently and with respect as an employee as possible. Bio-Techne astounds me with its benefits and administration. A truly respectful employer.

      Cons

      Our CEO makes more every month than most of us will make in a lifetime. How gross.
