-great benefits (401k matches 3% of salary at 200%) -base salary and overtime included (typically make 10k more than your base salary with overtime/holiday pay) -3 weeks vacation starting and keeps increasing over time (1 month sabbatical after 5 years of service) -7 days 12 hour shifts every two weeks -encouraging environment that seeks to have you expand your knowledge and technical ability -response to covid19 was astronomical. Stipend and precautions that made me feel safe and supported at the start of the pandemic -great for early career individuals -values work and recognition of employee

Cons

-none come to mind, but i do believe my experience is different than others due to great middle management that I work with -maybe long hours but that is part of the job and what I signed up for

The benefits package is strong and competitive, which adds a lot of overall value. There are many internal departments and career paths, making it relatively easy to explore new roles and grow within the company. On-site cafeteria is a convenient and appreciated perk. Many colleagues are highly experienced and have been with the company and industry for years, making them great resources for learning and mentorship.

Cons

Promotion policies can be limiting—there seems to be an informal rule that prevents employees from being promoted more than once in a year, even for high performers. Salary could be more competitive compared to market rates. Equipment and internal systems feel outdated and could benefit from modernization to improve efficiency.
