      Pros

      Very fun culture, other employees specifically go out of their way to meet you and get to know you better. Very flexible with hours and were willing to work out a schedule where school and work were both priorities. Small company, able to observe a lot of processes and learned how to operate eqipment

      Cons

      Some tests and synthesis techniques that were very repetitive, had a lot of wait time, or were tedious.
