Unstable Future. (Supply shortages and recalls) Company drops people in the worst way when they can get away with it. (I was informed of my last day on the DAY OF and fired 'with cause' that another engineer gave them, after communicating poorly what was required and then comlaining to my boss and not telling me what I did wrong when I didnt do it to his satisfaction. After that, my boss effectively told me to suck up to him for 2 weeks without consideration of how he could improve the other engineer's communication. 'I know he can be difficult. But you cant burn bridges as you get stuff done.' Excuse me, you are taking HIS feedback as gospel when you know HE is the difficult one?!) After that I had a boss tell me that my work was substandard after I had already made all of the changes he wanted and that I had made errors, when there was no style guide or template to base his criticisms from. 'Do Better! But I'll never tell you what I expect even after reivewing your work' was definitely the feeling I got whenever I submitted a document for review. The worst was when I was implementing their criticism and then they would come back and say 'NO thats wrong.' Like I did it to your standards and previous feedback... so are you wrong? I finally learned what the other guy said AFTER A YEAR by the way.
