The management cares about individual career growth. The work is challenging and requires wearing many hats. I have always felt appreciated for my work, and have been communicated well with what they think my potential is.

Different divisions/locations have different protocols and processes for doing the same thing. This can make inter-company communication and expectations to be inconsistent.
