      Pros

      To see the people I support thrive and continue to grow. They are welcomed into the community and are on name bases with several people in the business's we frequently shop. Every day is different so it's never a dull moment. We make a huge difference in the lives of the people we support and they depend on us to be there. This more than a job to me it's my passion !

      Cons

      Never really having time off. I have plenty of vacation time but until recently I just got fully staffed.

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.

      no cons, as long as you present yourself well and actually care about taking care of people.
