      Pros

      The clients I worked with are awesome.

      Cons

      Didn't pay me my sign on bonus after 1 year. Trieid to check with them and it was a joke they would transfer to right person. Leave message no callback. Expected paperwork done on my time for an audit. Group texts they want answers while I'm off shift. Supervisor was a joke. Chain of command a joke. Company policies they teach not followed.

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.

      no cons, as long as you present yourself well and actually care about taking care of people.
