Pros
Not having to go to an office every day to face individuals who thought they were making a difference.
Cons
Where do I start: -incompetence at all levels of management -lack of career growth and development -NO diversity in certain departments and "leadership". I think I counted one person of color in 5 years in the c-suite -No clinical evidence that is relevant today and insurance companies see it -Clearly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing further complicating the lack of sound business decisions -people placed in management positions and have no clue what that means -mentorships? What's that? They'll leave you high and dry and forget you've existed -women in leadership? What's that? They'll create focus groups and do absolutely nothing to facilitate change -people of color in leadership? Won't happen. If I could give zero stars, it will not be low enough The list goes on and I'm surprised I stayed as long as I did. They will not focus on developing you, your career, or your value. There are hundreds of medical device companies but if you have any self value, look the other way. When you know better, you do better.
