AI bandwagon jumping with zero expertise - Every team here wants to jump into AI due to the current boom, but with absolutely zero knowledge or understanding. They'll throw around buzzwords while expecting you to deliver miracles. You're just a resource, not a person - If you are at a lower level in the organization, you would be treated just as a resource to get things done. No recognition, no growth opportunities, just endless execution. Promotion system is completely broken - Directors and lead PMs easily get promoted in 1.5 years by taking credit for other teams' work, especially pre-COVID employees who have just settled here comfortably. Credit theft is normalized - The culture here is: do 1 thing, take credit for 10 others' work, then multiply that stolen credit by 20. Your hard work will be someone else's promotion story.
