Internal politics play a significant role in career progression—if you have a good rapport with manager/TL, your performance doesn’t seem to matter much. Cons: Poor leadership—Team Leads don’t take ownership. Internal politics influences career growth. Unfair appraisals—favoritism over performance. Limited opportunities for experienced professionals.
