Pros
Really great people to work for, all around the most hard working and intelligent people I've met. I love the comradery that is built in the company. Everyone cares about each other, it's very tight knit. Women executives!! Dogs!! LOTS OF DOGS!! Infinite coffee. Extreme perks. Opportunity to move up in the company or move out of state to work is very high. Exciting things are always happening at the HQ-- Friday BBQ constantly, blowing s*** up, helicopters flying into the back lot. Generous PTO, 401k, Benefits.
Cons
When you work for a start up, changes happen constantly, especially a start up such as this. There are lots of "executives" but not lots of "managers" or "supervisors" meaning its hard to know your chain of command, lots of your questions go unanswered, and generally you never know what is or isn't happening. Raises are few. The changes are rapid and you need to be moldable to whatever they ask of you at that point in time, which has been great for me, but at a certain point, It has started becoming weary... I do think the worst speed bumps are over, though.
