Pros
Casual, friendly work environment, management is approachable, great product to move, weekends off (usually), positions opening up as company is growing steadily, about 30% military veteran employees and saying the owners are veterans would be an understatement. They’ve done about all you could ever do in the military.
Cons
Pay could definitely be better for reliable employees. No pay raise for time served, only for promotions. Even then, they won’t give you the raise until your 90 day probation period for the new position is up. Not much overtime for the better or worse.
