Awful - Retention Specialist Black Rifle Coffee Employee Review

It's chaotic, management is petty, disorganized, and downright malicious. Teams tend to operate as 'cliques' instead of actual teams. Procedures are obnoxious and time consuming, with entirely too many spreadsheets that are made obsolete by other spreadsheets, but you still have to do both because the people that control them won't work together and communicate. HR is apparently very comfortable allowing and even helping leadership make up reasons to fire people. Honestly for anything good I have to say I have 2 more things that are bad. Stay away from this place.
