Cons
Environment is hostile to innovation, especially in the Client Services arena. Directors are abusive bullies who only value being right. New concepts are stifled and process re-engineering is frowned upon. Work-life balance is non-existent. Any attempt to work standard hours or help your family are punished by the "good ol boy" network here. Don't expect a title that is transferable.
