As long as you put in the time and work, there are ample opportunities to advance. We have many offices around the world, so those who would like to explore the world while staying with Blackrock have the opportunity. Blackrock has a strong foundation, built up from our inspiring leaders. We are at only 20yrs into business, but our leaders have already grown Blackrock into a worldwide prestigious firm.
Cons
We don't offer the highest salaries around. HR is having a difficult time keeping up with company growth, which is creating a backload of work.
