Pros
good work life balance and generally respectful organization for the industry. Generally well meaning senior leadership team, although it is of course predominately white men and it shows.
Cons
tons of projects that don't go anywhere. Difficult to assess how your work impacts the overall organization. Difficult to advance in San Francisco with very few leadership positions outside of NY. A lot of internal politics and gossip.
