      Pros

      Biggest investment manager in the world. Nice name on the resume. Good to start a career in early twenties. You will get the responsibility if you ask for it.

      Cons

      Worst to work if you have a family. Very long hours and unrealistic expectations. No team sense. Very individualistic employees competing for the yearly bonus. Lots of back talking.

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
