      focused on quality of deliverables Outside india offices and people are quite knowledgeable good for people who are experts and senior level and know finance

      Cons

      India office many departments are not matured as less employees in india less work is in India quality and challenging work is not given to india office.

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
