      Pockets of greatness, positive ethos and culture.

      Cons

      A lot of middle management watching their back rather than working in the interests of the organisation - some pockets of management are absolutely shocking. Very poor business acquisition processes.

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Cons

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
