      Unlimitef FTOs. Though manager approval needed and hard to get.

      Cons

      Pay below average for financial companies in NYC. Lay offs every here in all departments. The CEO and COO are behaving like monarchs and making decisions on everything without getting concensus of the employees. 4 days a week work from office from September 2023.

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Cons

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
