      - Great brand name - Good pay - Good exits to education (MBA, MS/MA) - Opportunity to lateral at end of 2.5 yr mark

      Cons

      - Hostile work culture with recent changes, individualized metrics that capture a small part of the job - Lateral at 2.5 yr mark, but everyone is competing against each other - Management doesn't know what's going on at analyst level culturally
