      It is a simple job and everybody is kind and helpful. The management isn't tough on you about time off.

      Cons

      The pay is low and the level of responsibility is poor. The work is somewhat monotonous and can be extremely repetitive.

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
