Not as good as you'd think. - Account Development Representative Blackbaud Employee Review

Pros

They have a cafeteria, and a mini Starbucks inside. If you don't mind holding your tongue and constantly doing more than your job description for a year non-stop there are good opportunities within the company outside this role.

Cons

You are expected to be a yes man. Management cannot decide between quantity or quality of work and pushes both constantly. You are micromanaged and receive emails daily about making more phone calls. Your only reward for breaking ADR records is being told to do better next month. Even if you generate useful and insightful feedback, your manager will not listen and just tell you to get back to work. Despite being hailed as one of Charleston's best places to work, that does not apply to this position. The managers of this position take it personally to make up for the sales downturn from the rest of the company and push hard to get more empty number in order to make themselves look better.
