Pros
Its great to work for a company who's goal is to Do Good! Benefits are decent and are a lot of them. There's opportunity to learn, grow and contribute around every corner
Cons
They've struggled some through the pains of growing. Culture shifts across the company are very slow, so change is sometimes slow. A lot of VP level highers come from outside.
