Pros
A lot of awesome co-workers and great benefits. The culture is a huge pro for Blackbaud. Good opportunities to advance.
Cons
Not much transparency. They attempted to outsource chat support and it was an utter failure and they had to back track and bring chat support back to the US offices. Management tries to make changes for the sake of change and it usually has poor results. Case loads are pretty high on some teams and they resist making new hires when needed. They also put too much focus on tailoring policies to match with RE and forcing other products to align with their support procedures when they don't work.
