      Pros

      Good, smart people that believe in the NPO market. Inviting people environment as compared to other industries. Flexible work environment/arrangements.

      Cons

      Sr leaders are not focused and struggle to leverage high performers effectively. Constant changr and reorg, people generally are not held accountable.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
