Pros

I cant think of any pros about this company. Maybe the occasional happy hour they used to put on.

Cons

Lack of focus and direction from management. They don't seem to care about their staff, just the number / amount of hours you're putting in (overworked). They treat and talk to badly if things aren't going the way they want them to, and nice as pie of you're doing your number. The place is terribly understaffed and they can't hire decent and skilled staff as they pay such low salaries. They are notoriously bad at pay, and your work life balance will suffer as they expect you to work 10 + hour days (that's what I was told in my interview!) Everyone is literally burnt out and miserable, the atmosphere in the Sydney office is toxic, lots of gossiping about one another and no one likes the management team. I seriously wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants to progress their career - go and work for salesforce, a great organisation to work for - you're probably going to lose the majority of your opportunities to them anyway.

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
