      Pros

      Across the company, it’s been one of the best cultures I’ve ever experience. Everyone enjoys volunteering, helping others, and just has such a positive vibe overall. - Great location at the domain. - Benefits are solid for a larger company, especially with 4 weeks of PTO, WFH, Flexible Scheduling, and more - laid back office, snacks, lots of food brought in amongst the groups, fun social events - good work is recognized!

      Cons

      - startup vs corporate mentality struggle, office politics - parental leave could be better compared to other tech companies - snacks are great, but having free drinks would be better

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
