      Pros

      Mission orientation of the work is great. You don't get that in every job. Financially strong and stable. Good people.

      Cons

      Company tries to be all things to all clients. Delays critical decisions on products and customers. Executive Leadership Team not held accountable--fault placed at lower levels in org--protect each other rather than working for the good of the company.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
