      Pros

      The people; the clients; the upward mobility. Truly a fantastic group of people to work with that are genuinely concerned for each other and in what they do.

      Cons

      Teams sometimes can be departmentalized with communication gaps causing less efficiency and delays in progress. Not too many cons that aren't exhibited in similar size companies.
