Pros
Pros are helping non-profits serve their missions and getting to work with lots of other employees that are here for the same reasons. Great time away from work benefits Org structure is clear and I've always felt like I knew exactly what was expected of me.
Cons
Blackbaud has gotten to be a sizable organization. It can be difficult to navigate across silos to get a job accomplished when deadlines are coming due. You have to make relationships in all those other areas to ensure you can get things accomplished quickly.
