      Pros

      none. free breakfast, happy hour every two weeks. nothing compared to what is out there

      Cons

      really bad place to work. bullying allowed. managers prefer man than woman. boys club 100%. if you don't have a deal on the table is likely that the manger director wont even say good morning to you. work life balance - forget about it - work from home is no welcome there

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
