      Pros

      My direct management team was supportive. They offered snacks in the office Work life balance was great

      Cons

      The billable metrics were brutal. Taking time off ruins, your numbers. Attending mandatory meetings, ruins your numbers. Forces you to be harsh with your billables. Client wants to discuss why their bill is so high? You have to bill them for the explanation. Leads to lots of angry clients and never any solutions.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
